looks great... glad to see some of you south of the border doing your part!
... although I heard that banning plastic grocery bags (which SF did last year if I'm not mistaken) ended up causing more waste to be created because people end up buying more big plastic garbage bags... which are worse for the environment then the little ones...
biodegrable bags would be better maybe?
